Title: Project Manager/RLS

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Surveying
  • Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor license
  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
  • WDOT, Design Construction, Trimble, Land Desktop & Civil 3D knowledge/experience

Responsibilities

The Project Manager/RLS will be responsible for conducting boundary, topographic and construction surveys and shall oversee and/or perform all tasks related to management of the project, including but not limited to: ensuring compliance with budget requirements and work plan schedules; reviewing and interpreting data, providing recommendations, coordinating team and overseeing subcontractors.

Title: Civil Engineering CAD Design Technician

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in AutoCAD plan preparation for municipal infrastructure/transportation projects, Microstation, Civil 3D and surveying knowledge
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Civil Engineering CAD Design Technician shall prepare all plan sheets and maps for civil engineering projects. Must be able to demonstrate effective organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Title: Civil Technician - Construction Inspector

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or a minimum of 10 years experience as a Civil Technician - Construction Inspector
  • Experienced with field instrumentation and equipment
  • Understand the capability and limitations of field instruments
  • Experience in WisDOT construction while not mandatory is encouraged

Responsibilities

The Civil Technician - Construction Inspector shall perform the following tasks, depending on the situation as directed by the Project Engineer.
  • Provide on-site inspection and monitoring of various responsible parties and their respective contractors
  • Daily project documentation including keeping a daily diary documenting contractor activities, measurements for quantities, and material documentation/testing
  • Perform construction over-site and inspections of all contractor activities

Title: Engineer in Training (EIT)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1 to 5 years of engineering experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information and prepare reports
  • Strong problem solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Background in transportation (WisDOT) and municipal work is a plus

Responsibilities

The Engineer in Training (EIT) will assist with or prepare plans, specification and documentation reports, and will be part of a team that performs project development, design, and construction engineering for a variety of site and infrastructure development projects.

Title: Safety/Environmental Project Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in safety or environmental regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Wisconsin Environmental Regulations
  • Previous work experience in the field of environmental health and safety

Responsibilities

Manage safety and regulatory compliance projects. Conduct safety audits and inspections. Candidate should also have excellent oral/written communication skills, time management skills, able to interact with client(s) and maintain long lasting relationships. Prepare proposals, group presentations, complete work efficiently and within established budgets and have a positive attitude.

Title: Hydrogeologist/Professional Geologist

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in geology or hydrogeology
  • Knowledge of EPA, and Wisconsin Environmental Regulations
  • Previous work experience in the field of environmental consulting

Responsibilities

Minimum 3 years of related experience in environmental site assessments, conduction and managing soil and groundwater investigations and a variety of other environmental compliance projects. Knowledge of Wisconsin or Michigan environmental regulations, field sampling techniques is required. Candidate should also have excellent oral/written communication skills, time management skills, able to interact with client(s) and maintain long lasting relationships. Prepare proposals, complete work efficiently and within established budgets and have a positive attitude.
